Fitness is something we’re all concerned with today. But for little ones, fitness comes naturally.

 

As the body and brain get to know each other, independent movement becomes easier and easier. One of the natural side benefits is muscle development. Just compare what we do at the gym with what kids can fit into their average day, all while learning about themselves and what they can do! 

 

Hmm. Maybe we should do a few more reps.
